All pricing is in NEW ZEALAND Dollars.

Children are welcome in all apartments. 

A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 30% of the booking total is required to secure a booking. This will be charged after 24 hours of receiving the booking. We accept Visa or MasterCard and direct credit payments to either a New Zealand or Cook Islands based bank account. The balance will be charged 30 days from arrival.

Airport transfers are available at $25 per adult, $15 per under 12, per transfer payable to the driver. Please advise your flight details so we can schedule your transfers or ensure we are on site to greet you on your arrival.

Check in time is 2.00pm on the first booked day. Please note that there are a number of flights that arrive in Rarotonga overnight or early in the morning. In order to move directly in to your apartment in those morning hours, you will need to book the apartment for that previous day/night. Please take this in to account when you are booking your flights.

Check out time is 10.00am. Most flights depart in the afternoon with a check in from around midday. There are also flight departures in the late evening or early morning. Dependent upon availability we may be able to enable a late check out.

Late check outs may be available to 6.00 pm at 50% of the daily rate for the room. Check out after this time will require another night to be booked and charged so please take this in to account when booking your flights.

Cancellation policy. Cancellation more than 30 days from the arrival date will incur a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur 100% cancellation fee.

We highly recommend our guests take out travel insurance in case unforeseen circumstances prevent you from travelling. We understand some policies now include cover for not being able to travel due to contracting Covid 19.
